Lisa is one of my girlfriends from college and to her I have always been, Mama. Lisa is pregnant and I am so excited to be able to call her Mama now too! 🙂 We went to the studio with our other friend, Sarah, to get these photos of Lisa’s growing belly. Sarah was the perfect assistant! She kept quoting Zoolander, which made Lisa and I giggle. I think this shoot took twice as long because we were laughing so much! What a fun afternoon with my ladies!
In one set up, Lisa looked like Rose from Titanic, sprawled out on the couch. We told her this and she replied, well then where is my Heart of the Sea?!?!? In bobbsey twin unison, Sarah and I exlaimed, ON YOUR FINGER!!! Lisa has the most gorgeous engagement ring. The diamond was one of a pair of her grandmothers earrings, that Lisa and her sister have split to create each of their engagement rings. To make it even more special, Lisa’s fiance had the diamond set between two blue sapphires. Monica Geller Bing would be so proud!
