New York City, NY Motherhood Photography | Central Park

I was fortunate to spend a lovely afternoon capturing Kristin and her son Charlie in Central Park during a visit to New York City. It was actually my first trip to the city and park; which are both quite unlike any others I have been. Central Park is truly this calm, beautiful haven in the middle of the hustle of the busy city. I equate this to a mother’s arms in the throes of life. She is where you seek comfort and refuge. It was fitting to capture this special motherhood session in a location that felt like the embodiment of a mother.
